Have you ever met a person and within minutes, you know, without a doubt, that you can be real with them? For me, this is not a common occurrence. I can be very closed to the world. But when I met Terah and Ethan and their family for the first time, I knew they would be people that I would be blessed by. And boy, have I been! I am honored that you allowed me to photograph your family right here in a McKinney park. Your family is beautiful!
Terah and Ethan, thank you for being such an encouragement to me! Thank you for stepping into my life and being willing to sacrifice your time to and for me. Words will never be enough to describe the gratitude I feel for you and how much I will miss you when you move back to Nebraska!
Terah, your words of wisdom to me have helped me cope. They have helped me grow. They have gotten me through some very rough days. Your friendship, in the short time we have known each other, has been a gift straight from God that I will always cherish. Your willingness to allow me into your home has astounded and humbled me. I want to be able to serve and be there for others the way you have been there for me.
Ethan, thank you for allowing me to have some of the precious evening time you and Terah normally would have spent together so that I was not alone. Thank you for sharing funny stories that helped bring a smile and genuine laughter to the surface, when it felt like happiness was banished to the depths.
I am so grateful to both of you, for all you have done for me and for the Godly example you have shown in many ways. Thank you for giving me the honor of capturing precious memories of your family in this stage! You both are so amazing. And again, I am so glad that I could be the one to capture these sweet memories for you! That is why I love being a photographer.
